Event Branding for the Redbud Festival and Tree Giveaway
Square 205 is more than happy to support local efforts, especially when it involves Keep Denton Beautiful, a nonprofit organization created to bring Dentonites together to volunteer, donate, and help beautify our community. By designing logos for two of their events, the Redbud Festival and the Tree Giveaway, we were able to successfully improve their event branding over the year.
We had previously designed some work for Keep Denton Beautiful by creating a couple of simple logos for their nonprofit organization. These designs were geometric, stylized, and always included the color green. It wasn’t until later, when KDB sought us out again, that we became more focused on the Tree Giveaway while continuing to develop their image and branding for events. The new logos are illustrated with multicolored floral elements that contrast with the simple designs we used years ago. You can see our hard work firsthand in the Denton area, as promotion flags are donned with the new logo on Carol Street during the annual event.
