Lucernex

Lucernex is a cloud-based integrative software for real estate management and strategy. Available in a variety of languages and currencies, this platform goes above and beyond average real estate partnership systems by performing sales forecasting, lease accounting, brand visioning, and more.

The Square 205 team crafted and produced two animated videos describing Lucernex and its features for their company website. Each video began with composing a script, executing a carefully planned storyboard and illustration design process, and finally bringing our graphics to life with animation. A friendly, simple style was chosen by our designers to best explain Lucernex’s services step by step—allowing the audience to follow complex concepts with ease. We also created a sense of realism by juxtaposing this overall style choice with animated computer screens depicted with actual screenshots of the software.
